Our playing pitches are among our most valuable facilities. It has been a number of years since the main playing pitch has been sanded and to maintain the pitch in terms of surface quality, drainage and grass quality, it is recommended that we address this now.

We propose to engage a contractor who will aerate the soil, verti-drainage and application of a layer of sand. This is a major and expensive project and we seek the support of our members, supporters, players and parents of players to come behind this.

We would desire to complete this fundraiser by the end of February so that the contractor can be engaged as soon as possible, with minimum disturbance to the playing season. Please help our club by sponsoring and encouraging others to sponsor.

Each sponsor receives a ticket in the National Club Draw worth €10

Each sponsor receives a numbered sponsor card and has the sponsor name entered on the Sponsor Board on display at the clubhouse - you may also consider to gift this to a family member or friend - numbers are assigned using a random number generator

We encourage family members to club together in groups of 5 so that €250 can be used to claim a tax refund for the club using the charitable donations tax break
